Our Cost Effectiveness: A Comparative Case Study of Two Rooftop Projects
Our Cost Effectiveness: A Comparative Case Study of Two Rooftop Projects
We have always believed in committing ourselves to quality. We have always been quick to respond to any issues that have arisen in a project that we have completed. We follow the same approach for our solar rooftop projects.
We carry out our operations as an authorized channel partner & VAR (value-added reseller) of M/S TATA POWER SOLAR SYSTEMS LIMITED (TPS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the TATA Group, which in itself is a trusted name. TPS is one of the biggest and oldest solar companies in India.
The cost-effective approach encompasses all important products and services. Some of these are:
- support structures
- modules
- mounting cabling, and shadowing
- cabling of the inverter and interconnections
- mounting safety system and labelling
- Lightning and overvoltage protection
- Pre-commissioning services and solutions
However, it must be noted that while we believe in adopting more innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable methods and techniques, we also make sure that we do not compromise on the top-notch quality we are known to provide. To ensure this, we have put in place an extensive checklist of 71 points that encompasses all key quality obligations that are a part of the pre-commissioning services and solutions. Our team adheres to this checklist and ensures that all quality obligations are met effectively. We also make sure that the installation of the rooftop plant is carried out to meet the specifications and demands of the customer.
Our 71-point Site/Field Quality Checklist includes the following:
- 1 to 8 – Inspection of Check Points
- 9 to 13 – Structure Installation
- 14 to 26 – Installation of modules
- 27-36 – Installation of inverter
- 37-42 – AJB/ITB installation (if required)
- 43-52 – Cabling
- 53-57 – Earthing Pits
- 58-60 – Lightning Arrestor
- 61-68 – ACDB Installation
- 68-71 – Monitoring Unit
Our team of highly skilled supervisors, expert technicians, and well-trained workers commit themselves to fulfil all 71 quality obligations that are on the checklist. This leads to the generation of sustainable and cost-effective solutions that lead to a high ROI for the customer/end owner of the solar rooftop system.
We believe in evolving constantly and incorporating newer innovations in our business by keeping track of the latest research and developments in the field of solar energy. This makes it easier for us to introduce the latest cost-effective methods and fulfil all quality obligations more effectively.
Our approach is driven by the goal of making sure that the end-users can maximize profits. To accomplish this, our team of experts opts for practical solutions that are both cost-effective and sustainable in the long run. This is done while being mindful of all quality obligations. A Comparative Case Study of Two Rooftop Projects
2015-LAND PLATFORM ROOF-TOP
PROJECT
Capacity-200 kWp location: Sonipat
(Haryana)
Original Land condition :
This is extra agriculture land within
the roof-top premises
2015-LAND PLATFORM ROOF-TOP
As suggested and recommended by the
costumer we prepare get ready a RCC land
platform before for install solar power
plant.
2015-LAND PLATFORM ROOF-TOP
In this project for long life of structure & plant
from water we put a cement block and 1” rubber
with big blast. This method was safe but still we
work for better economic methods & design for
generating a cost effective & safe project.
We bring more innovations and researches to
find the way and at last we find see our new
innovations in 2019 project.
2015-LAND PLATFORM ROOF-TOP
Change RCC platform to RODI floor and save Rs,
20 LAC cost for end owner see change

2019-LAND PLATFORM ROOF-TOP
Capacity-250 kWp location: Nagpur
(Maharashtra)
Original Land condition:
This is extra agriculture land
within the roof-top premises
2019-LAND PLATFORM ROOF-TOP
In this case we get levelling of land and
After insulation of solar power plant
we put Zero NO RODI on the floor and
save 20 lac for the costumer.
2019-LAND PLATFORM ROOF-TOP
By our day to day improving working methods
with innovations and researches we develop a
new installation methods & design all
components with reduces the cost in our
practical, procedure & functional behave without compromising quality obligation In
this new 2019 project we change entire I&C
components used in this project see.
