ZERO PROCESSING FEES IF WE RECEIVE ORDERS WITH AN ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 10%
(The amount received in advance will be refunded if the bank refuses to sanction the loan)
The bank may seek collateral as additional security if the FACR (Fixed Assets Coverage Ratio) falls below 1.25. Collateral may also include sick MSME units.

Please keep in mind that the above-mentioned benchmarks, parameters, and terms and conditions are only guidelines, and the list of documents is not exhaustive. The bank always reserves the right to make modifications/changes as and when deemed necessary by the bank.
CHECKLIST/ Illustrative list of information/documents to be furnished by the applicant for collateral-free international loan
- Purchase Order (PO) for a minimum of 200 kWp to Tata Power Solar.
- ID and address proof of the applicant and the guarantors, if any. E.g. voter ID, PAN, voter ID, Aadhar No, MOA, AOA etc).
- Signature verification from present bankers of the proprietor, partner or director.
- Photocopies of lease deeds/title deeds of all the properties that are being offered as primary and collateral securities.
- The board resolution to undertake the project.
- Income tax returns, Wealth Tax Returns of the applicant and guarantors for the past three financial years.
- The Annual Report having an audited balance sheet with a Trading and Profit & Loss Account for the last three years of the applicant and associates of the applicant.
- In the case of a company, the Memorandum and Articles of Association, as well as the Certificate of Commencement of Business, must be submitted.
- GST/Sales Tax Returns for the last three years.
- copy of the resource study.
- Name and address of existing Bank and NOC from your present BANK.
Project-related documents:
Detailed Project Report (DPR)/ Feasibility Study Report (Covering information on each project site, rooftop ownership rights/ Leasing Agreement (as required/applicable), project schematic layout & roof layouts, 12-month electricity bills, solar generation assessment report, detailed Bill of Material and Pricing, EPC Contract information, purchase Order from EPC company, O & M information, etc.
Assessment of solar power generation (PV Syst/helioscope/equivalent), including the horizon shadow effect (if not included in the DPR).
Financial model/Fund flow statement including sensitivity analysis (if not included in the DPR)
A copy of the electricity bill for the facility where the rooftop solar power that is generated is to be supplied.
