Rooftop solar systems have proven to be the most efficient systems when it comes to long-term sustainability and profitability. They are unarguably the most feasible and environment-friendly options without compromising on the output. Rooftop solar provides more flexibility to the end-users and makes them self-reliant. It is a one-time investment and does not demand frequent repairs if maintained correctly. It is a necessity in most MSMEs as it fosters a sense of ownership for the owners and does not require the customers to run from pillar to post for their energy needs. A one-time investment in rooftop solar helps MSMEs concentrate on other aspects of their business as it takes care of their energy needs. It is even more profitable to include net metering in the solar rooftop plans.
We recently launched our post-COVID drive for a solar rooftop for C & I in the MSME sector. This drive, known as Down To Earth (DTE), is aimed at making investing in solar rooftops more sustainable and profitable for the end-users of solar energy. It has been launched keeping in mind the 6-S of our success. These are solar power, software, services, solutions, savings, and sustainability.
To ensure that our customers get a hassle-free experience in the installation of solar rooftop plants, we have come up with the CapEx model plans. These plans help you (the buyer) maximize savings and increase profitability. This plan enables you to initiate your solar rooftop journey with a down payment of 10 % of the total amount.

Business Models Owned by a Third-Party (RESCO / BOOT Models)
In the rooftop business models (RESCO/BOOT) owned by a third party, the rooftop systems are owned by a third party which is not the consumer (rooftop owner). This third party installs the rooftop on a commercial or industrial premise which also happens to be a consumer of a DISCOM. The power generated by the rooftop system is sold to the premise owner/ user through an LOI/PPA. The extra power that gets generated by the rooftop system is fed into the grid as per an agreement between the premise owner and DISCOM. The third party that owns the rooftop system gets paid for the power generated by the solar rooftop system by the premise owners as per the LOI/PPA signed between the third party (rooftop system owner) and the premise owner (end-user). Models such as RESCO and BOOT that are owned by a third party are fast emerging as feasible options and are marking their place in the market. We offer a zero-investment plan for RESCO/BOOT models.
